Returns

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued through the original method of payment (for cash on delivery orders, refunds will be arranged via bank transfer or store credit).

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you must first return the original item within 14 days and then place a new order.
